We live Along the Blue River ourselves. We are proud to have the opportunity to provide people with the chance to experience the place we love best.
These rules are designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible by setting basic expectations. We wish we didn’t have to have so many policies because our only desire is that you enjoy our stay and build good memories with friends and family.
PET POLICY
- No pets are allowed at Harrison Spring Cabin.
- The Cardinal House Lodge allows housebroken and well-behaved pets of any size. A fee of $40 per pet will be required at the time of reservation.
SMOKING POLICY
- No smoking is allowed inside the cabins or screened areas. Please only smoke outside or in the open part of the deck. Please put your butts in ash trays and do not just pitch them over the rail.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check in time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Other arrangements may be made.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to make other arrangements please let us know. Depending on circumstances it may or may not be possible to change check out times.
RESERVATIONS
- Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost.
- Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are costly for a rental company. We understand that things come up though and we want to be fair.
- If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to your reservation date, all deposits and fees are fully refundable.
- If cancellation occurs less than 30 days from your reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable. However, you may rebook and those funds will be applied to your next reservation. You may only reschedule one time.
- However, if cancellation occurs within 7 days of your reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable, and no rebooking credit will be given.
- THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS - PLEASE DON'T ASK.
